Our service is provided on a maintenance basis and not on an on-call basis. We generally clear after every snowfall and begin clearing once it has "stopped" snowing. Driveways are usually cleared within 24 hours.

If you are occupying your residence during a snowfall and require service, simply contact us and we will address your needs. For better service, we do ask that if you are going to occupy your residence and you know of recent inclement weather (or are aware that it is going to snow prior to your arrival), that you inform us of your occupancy either via phone or email. This enables us to prioritize our activities to better service your needs; i.e., if only 20 customers are going to be occupying their residences, their needs will be addressed first.
